The First Ecstatic Dance in Fair Oaks- featuring DOORS!
We are thrilled to bring Ecstatic Dance to Fair Oaks and to create this special experience at the charming Lady Bird Tea House.
We will start the morning with gentle movement to open the body, followed by an opening circle where we will arrive together and set our intentions.
From there, DOORS will guide us through a wave-like musical journey… 🎼 🎶
Ecstatic Dance is a sober, substance-free, intuitive dance/movement experience with no choreography or steps to follow. You are invited to let go of judgment and allow the music to guide you… Dancers move however their bodies feel called to move, aiming to release stress, process emotions, and reach a natural state of presence or release.
We will return to the circle at the end for a quiet closing and time to integrate the experience.

*Event will be both indoor and outdoor and you are welcome to flow back and forth.
