I believe that healing can be both gentle and nourishing. My path has led me to create spaces where movement, sound and community come together to nurture body, mind and heart.
Through Gentle Yoga and Sound Healing, I guide students into moments of rest and renewal. Whether it is the soft hum of a singing bowl, the quiet of a shared breath or the laughter of children joining yoga alongside adults, my offerings are about connection~ within ourselves and with each other. My approach is welcoming to all ages and experience levels, offering a safe and deeply nurturing space for everyone.
I love weaving creativity into my classes and events, from whimsical gatherings like Chicken Yoga to heart-centered rituals under the full moon. Each class blends mindful stretching, sound healing, and meditation. Guided by my passion for the Enneagram, I gently support students in cultivating greater self-awareness and inner balance. My teaching is rooted in warmth and compassion, creating a space where students can slow down, turn inward, and feel truly supported. Witnessing transformation unfold~ one breath at a time~ continually moves me, as do the stories and experiences my students so generously share.
My studies and teaching have taken me around the globe, and I hold deep gratitude for the many guides who have shaped my journey. The late Janice Gates, a pioneer in the field of Yoga Therapy, invited me into my first teacher training and later mentored me as I continued my studies. I’ve had the honor of learning from diverse cultures and sharing yoga in a variety of communities. These travels eventually led me to the healing power of sound, where I began my training in sound healing and discovered its universal language of comfort, connection, and release. Whether in small villages, wellness spaces or private sessions, I have seen how sound, breath and movement transcend barriers and invite profound transformation.

My journey has also included studying yoga as a tool for recovery, including Yoga and the Twelve Steps, which continues to inform how I hold space for healing. I am currently deepening my training in trauma-informed yoga through the Prison Yoga Project, preparing to bring yoga to incarcerated individuals with compassion and care.
I look forward to meeting you on the mat. Whether you are a seasoned yogi or stepping into your very first class, you will find a welcoming space to soften, explore and reconnect within my healing presence.
