Initial Consultation:

We will sit down together for 45-50 minutes to get clear about your goals and vision. Are you looking for greater range of motion? More movement? Would you like to be able to explore the range of motion and flexible expression of your body in the privacy of your own home? Kelley will ask some specific questions in order to devise a program that is designed especially for you. Kelley’s gentle nature and genuine desire to help her clients evolve shines through in every interaction…

One-on-One Private Yoga/ Yoga Therapy Session:
50 minutes — in your home, in nature or in your office
110 minutes — in your home, in nature or in your office

Half Day — in your home, in nature or in your office
Together we will start the day with a gratitude practice & a guided meditation. We will discuss food choices and devise a plan for healthy eating habits. We will be mindful in all our communication, using the practices of loving kindness and compassion. The day will include spending time in nature and doing a variety of mindfulness practices, breath work and yoga. The day will end with a closing ritual that will leave you feeling inspired and refreshed.
